Kerang Historical Museum is located in the former Franklin homestead in Atkinson Park, next to the caravan park in Museum Drive. It features displays relating to local history, including farm machinery, cars and material on town founder Woodford Patchell who pioneered the use of irrigation in the district. |

The Kerang Museum Houses a large collection of: - Farm Machinery including harvesters and tractors
- Steam engines
- Farm implements
- Household items
- Furnture from local businesses
- Many other items of local interest
| The original Reedy Lake Homestead has been relocated to the Museum and now houses an extensive collection of war memorabilia.
The homestead is of drop log construction which was the method common to the time. Much of the collection has been donated by the local people.
Honour boards from the surounding districts are also on display. |
