ABOUT US

We meet every 4th Thursday at the Sir John Gorton Library, cnr Murray Valley Highway & Shadforth Street, Kerang, with an average of 10 (out of currently 30 financial members) attending. Our aim is to research our own families, collect & collate local history, help beginners, answer outside queries and enjoy each others company.

For those who wish to see for themselves, the Library hours are :-

Mon & Wed 12noon to 5pm	Tues & Thurs 10am to 5pm
Fri 10am to 6pm	Sat 10am to 12noon

NEWSLETTER

Our newsletter the "Ibis Heritage" is printed April & October. It is free to members and sent in exchange to other Victorian Family History Societies. Otherwise the cost is $1.00 at our library console or $2.00 per post. The newsletter began February 1986 and our last edition April 2007 was No 55. We have indexed all articles and old copies can be checked at the library.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & RESEARCH FEES

To join our group, the annual subscription due each March is $15.00. Research for non-members is $20 per query.
